E-Betoonelement is represented at the Concrete Building of the Year 2014 competition with three objects: Dirham Harbour facilities, Tallinn Rescue Depot and General Emergency Centre and Kiisa Emergency Power Plant.

Justification for the proposal: A building complex based on a complex and carefully selected concrete that mix in the Dirham port area. The owner's will to build the buildings of the revolving harbor in concrete, long-lasting and capital-intensive buildings.

Justification for the proposal: The exterior facade of the building is transformed into special reinforced concrete elements molded with mattresses of wood, imitating charred surfaces - from a distance it is difficult to see whether the facade is wood-paneled or otherwise.

Justification for the proposal: It is known that there are openings of concrete walls previously designed in Estonia. This special solution was designed by the E-Betoonelement staff for the Kiisa Emergency Power Plant to receive several hundred tons of machinery.
